PIVOT TN was birthed out of  community forum led by the United Way of Blount County in 2018. The team quickly got to worked to research options for smaller bridge housing options, develop tenant programs, and gained understanding in regulations within the city and county. PIVOT TN has the plan and housing models to implement a progressive, supportive rental model that is sustainable in scale. 

PIVOT will bridge the GAPs between the need for connection to resources and develop transitional housing through those supportive networks. We believe that community and collaboration can provide the pathway to sustainable housing equity.  

PIVOT TN needs the collaboration of the community to see this vision come to life. Together we can cultivate a healthier more productive community.
